Michelle who turned 16 today, donned a dazzling blue dress which was designed into a ball dress.
The dress was designed into a three-step flowing dress with a glamorous one shoulder ruffled bow.
She completed her looks with a white turban scarf, silver heels and matching silver earrings.
The teen beauty, who wore the sequined dress to her school’s thanksgiving service, had the help of her mom and her glam team.
